Completing CFA in Undergrad

I go to a top liberal school that has zero business classes. From calling alums they told me that before I go to the interview process with banks I should have a lot of knowledge about finance, which is not taught at my school. One way of doing this is to complete the CFA or at least doing the first three levels.

Freshman Summer...Fun or Internship?

I am a freshman at a top liberal arts school and have the ability to get a couple of very good internships this summer(Through connections obviously). As much as you probably won't believe what I can get please help me because I do need advice on what to do.

Classes to take in College

Coming from a liberal arts college that doesn't offer many finance courses. What kind of classes are employers looking for students to take other then the base economics courses?

Networking asking connections for internships

I am a freshman in college and would love to have an internship this summer and a lot of my friends parents work in the big banks where I live Citigroup, Jp Morgan, Goldman. But how do I ask them or their parents for an internship and display that I will really work hard and they won't regret helping me out?
Any advice would be appreciated thanks
