search function is tedious

i discovered this last week...
anyone else find the search function tedious? especially if you are using the "back" button. everyone tells the young monkeys to search for the answers to their questions and now i see why they just make new posts.

Instead of a seemingly endless # of Prospective Monkeys asking what to expect at whatever firm's S+T Interview...how about just posting the questions you got asked (or asked as the interviewer) here. Especially if they are technical in nature (everyone knows what the fit qs are). Also include any brainteasers.
