Interview
The total interview process consisted of two interviews. I applied to the role online and was reached out to about a week later. The first round was a phone interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. In this interview I was asked basic questions about myself and walking through my resume and past experiences. It went very well and was an easy interview. Two days later I got an email to schedule a 2nd round (final) interview in their office with multiple different members of the team at the same time. In this interview, there was the managing partner and three analysts. They took turns asking questions about my schooling/past internships, then asked a lot about my motivations for applying and wanting to work in the field. Also, near the end they asked basic technical questions regarding DCF's and other real estate terms such as cap rates and NPV. Overall, the process was quick and efficient and the people I met were nice and put an emphasis on making the process smooth and appealing.

The interview was quick and efficient. First was a 1 on 1 with the MD & office manager, which then led to a super day consisting of 6 interviews with multiple different employees. The interview was relatively straightforward, and I heard back from then no longer than 2-3 weeks.
Interview Questions
There were not too many difficult questions. Questions were predominately about the company, why I want to work there, and general real estate knowledge (i.e., different assets, and general valuation questions).

none too hard hitting except when it came to valuation principles, be sure to nail those. probably would've had some type of excel or technical exam if i went into the final rounds of interviews.
