Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The interviews started out with an intro call from an introduction through school, where I was asked about myself but also a few questions about the sell side process and LBOs. The second phone call was straight technicals, not too bad though just out of the guide. Third phone call was more behavioral, asking me to draw on past experiences and why they related to banking, really digging into why I want to do investment banking, and asking me why I wanted to work in Tampa. I was invited in for an in person super day, which was pretty intense, it was an interview with everyone in their office, all the way from analysts to the head of the group. These interviews got very technical, with a good bit of mental math, some normal technicals, and a lot of drawing on my experiences. Overall did not get the offer but seems like a great firm with a solid culture.
