What to do/How to break into a consulting gig with 3.3 GPA from a non-target?

Hi, I'm a student at a non-target studying Economics and Information Technology. This is my first post so I apologize if it's not appropriate to ask this, but I wanted everyone's advice on what to do.

I got rejections from Deloitte, Accenture, RSM, and feel that every other non-response is a rejection as well. I don't know where to take my career prospects as consulting is my absolute goal at the moment but not a single firm even remotely business related will give my resume a second look as a result of what I assume is my GPA.

Currently I'm interviewing for a business development position, which at this point I would happily take. I don't know what is within my reach because of how sub-par my academic performance has been. I've done everything in the past two semesters to up my extracurricular activities and spin my part-time work experience to be industry relevant, but nothing is sticking and I feel at a loss. Does someone in my shoes know of a career to pursue out of undergrad to maybe land a top MBA that I would leverage towards a position at a management consulting firm?
