Shorting Biotech Stocks Based On Possible Clinical Trial Outcomes
Hi
I was a clinical consultant at a small consulting company for a while. Part of my job was to analyze publicly available preclinical and clinical data to determine the probability of success of Phase III trials. I understand that funds would be interested to have this kind of prediction so they can invest accordingly - especially if I can predict which trials will fail with a high certainty so they can short the stoack. How can I monetize this skillset? Do I just contact funds and sell them a report of my analysis and predictions? Or do I create some sort of blog where members can access my research? Any ideas on pricing?
Sorry for the long post. Thanks.
You are like the third person asking about this business idea THIS MONTH.
I saw hahaha -not completely similar though. What do you think?
Framework:
Early stage biotech funds already have MD/PhDs on payroll or as scientific advisors to do exactly that. You could apply to join one ofc, but most of them are down 20-30%+ this year so probably not looking to hire.
cvm, nwbo, cydy!!!
