What? My error or Rosenbuam's guide's?
Hello monkeys,
I'm currently learning about DCF from Rosenbuam's IB guide. While duplicating a DCF model using the data provided by the book, I found that sometimes my outputs are different from the book's. I'm certain that my output is mathematically correct but against the guide that has been around for so long I'm not too sure anymore. For example, on the book, Net Working Capital=Total CA-Total CL=875.6-486.3=389.4. Shouldn't it be 389.3? there're more examples. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thanks
You're going to complain about a 0.1 difference? Rounding? You're testing my alcohol-fuelled Christmas cheer...
It's rounding error
