It will depend on the format of the interview. If it is a take-home, you will likely get a business scenario, historical 3 statements & current AR/AP. From there, you will build out a TWCF model. They may also ask for the TWCF to be integrated into a 3 statement model and also may ask for a liquidation analysis.

I've been interviewing a lot in this space and had an extremely difficult time preparing at first. I've since collected a lot of materials (some through people on WSO) and also saw last week that WSP released a course specifically catered to building a TWCF (I have not taken, but may take before I start at a job in this space). I have taken the restructuring course on WSP and will caution that while the course is great in understanding how to model a Ch.11, they do not go in depth on TWCF modelling in that course.
