Anyone from non-core hear anything?
Has anyone from a non-core school heard anything about 2007 recruitment yet? I have gotten notice that the banks are still figuring out how many summer analysts are coming back which would determine full-time needs for 2007. BofA should start non-core interviews in a few weeks and it seems like UBS is holding back until mid-September as well. Any other thoughts?
My University has had a couple of presentations. Things really get kicked off next week with Houlihan, BofA, Bear Stearns, Wachovia, Credit Suisse, Deutsche, Goldman, Baird, and UBS all coming.
With that said, I don't believe interviews start until the first week of October. As Goldman, MS, etc., are all coming back around that time.
I was the one who just wrote. UBS has already been to my university this week and will be returning next Friday. Again, I don't think either session will be for interviews, but they are out making the rounds.
I know they are making presentations, but if that's the case then your school is a target. I am talking non-target where candidates must go through a few phone call rounds.
