Very strong, especially in semicon. I do know that the lateraling comes from the lead TMT guys wanting to push out 99% of analysts into buyside or other bank roles instead of being associates. They've had extremely strong exits into battery/norwest/summit etc but are also notorious for making sure most analysts get other experience outside of the firm whether it's another bank or the buyside. For those who exited to GS/Q, they actually were backed by the senior folks given most of them made the move when it was around promotion time. And those who wished to move to the buyside had the full backing of the senior folks including calls and references.

Do you know if they were to stay, how much is the comp at associate level?
