Is it a bad idea to debt more for a T10?

I'm currently facing a weird dilemma. International student (Aus/Canada type) here, I have Big 4 and Starbucks on my resume.

  1. Take out huge loans for a T9. Eastern seaboard, so close to job opportunities, but visa may be an issue. Between 350 and 450k
  2. Take out less huge loans for a local semi target school. Possibility of working in the US from there is about zero. About 150k

My high school has this weird policy where I have until next week to pull out from Option 1. As to why I have to debt for both... got rejected from all US merit scholarships (CV, Trustee, etc) and barred from local scholarship by university policy. I'm unsure about career choices at the moment but probably IB/Consulting
