Morgan Stanley GCM

Im currently a business analyst at McKinsey looking to make a strong transition into finance. Tomorrow, I have a superday for MS GCM, and I was wondering whether this would be a good career path. Could anyone share what compensation looks like across different roles (analyst, associate, VP)? What are hours like at GCM? What are some exit opportunities? I’m aware this role is different than your typical IBD role but is it worth transitioning into? Would I have a strong compensation say 4 years into the role?

hey, curious (if you dont mind sharing) if this is for the MS Experienced Professional Programs (MSEPP) GCM division or a fixed lateral position?

 

It was pushed to next week. How are you preparing for the interview? The recruiter told me it was going to be a mix of technical and behavioral. I’ve never prepared for a technical interview and am not sure I’m approaching it correctly.
