When Is The Ideal Time For Non-Targets To Fill Out Online Applications?

The title pretty much says it all. My guess would be sometime next week?.....do the banks usually go through the online apps list around that time and then conduct interviews towards the end of September/early October. Or have I already completely missed out on the deadline?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know of any banks that take their online apps seriously. Its all core-school recruiting and non-target references. They get thousands of resumes a year, if you don't know someone inside, yours is nearly guaranteed to get lost.

That being said, if you're sticking to the online route, sooner is better.

Do they even look at online applications? I always thought the same as the above poster, that they don't take them seriously since they mostly recruit at a bunch of top end universities and that's it.

was s/he hired directly by the group? or was s/he part of the analyst class? that kinda makes a difference.
