IB internship for summer 2023 in Rotterdam or Amsterdam as a master's exhange student

I seek advice on landing an IB internship for summer 2023 in Amsterdam or Rotterdam as a master's exchange student at Rotterdam School of Management. The exchange period lasts from January till June and I figured that I could try to stay there after that for the whole summer with an internship. I plan on taking only relevant courses during my exchange and overall focusing more on the study side.

I study at a Nordic target school relative to Nordics but semi-target relative to London. Major in accounting and minor in finance with an excellent GPA. I have not done any IB internships but I have 2,5yrs of relative work experience in financial statement analysis and credit control + extracurriculars and positions of trust. I speak English and two nordic languages. I can not use the diversity route.

Do I have a shot or is the dutch language a barrier? Are there any locals that could guide me in this endeavor? What would I need to succeed?

I have not heard or found any information that anyone would have done something like this there.

I got rejected by ING and Van Lanschot Kempen, and ABN didn't even send a reply to the application. My grades are very good (3.86 GPA), what could be the reason that I didn't even get an interview or assessment test?
