(London) Best Way to Recruit after Internships and Graduate Programmes
I have been lucky enough to receive a full time offer after completing a summer about a month ago. Now that all the standardised programmes are in the rearview it feels like there is a lot less structure to future recruiting. If I wanted to lateral in the future, what would be the best method? Recruiters? Do BBs also use recruiters after the spring week/summer/graduate stage?
