recently applied for morgan stanley Dubai internship - do you get interviewed?
so i sent my application and resume and at the end i had to a test which was basically a numerical test, a pattern recognition test and then a stress test to see how fast you reply to bot emails in deadline specific stress situations, the phone layout was basically a email board where i would get constant notifications from different positions at the bank and then reply to their specific situation with a set of options to choose from
at the end it said that they'll let me know whether i've been accepted or not in 3-6 months and that the tests themselves are used with the resume and full application for their final decision.
Now i don't get it, there isn't an interview process for internship? because i was thinking that if i went through from an internship for 6-9 months and worked super hard i'd be able to secure a full time offerWould be very pleased if you guys who are experienced with this could help me out.
