What is it with these terrible hiring practices?
C canadian bank - I was asked to submit a 3 day long case with 3 different deliverables. And they did not even follow up with a case presentation. Just hired someone off the bat. Wrote me a “thank you” mail. Wtf?

Was interviewing for VP position at a MF... did 14 individual interviews in total with 24 hour case study relatively early on in the process. Decided they wanted someone more junior after my final round superday.
