2010 Megafund Pre-MBA Associate Compensation Package
I was wondering whether anyone had concrete info on what this year's megafund pre-MBA associate class compensation package was.
I've heard that Apollo was 160k salary, 60k signing and 100-150% of salary as bonus. Is this what BX, KKR, TPG, BC, Carlyle etc are paying as well? What about other top-tier funds like Hellman Friedman, First Reserve, GS PIA, Warburg etc?
I would really appreciate any help!
Hellman Friedman is baller as shit... I've heard they usually pay well above avg, but I don't know about this year.
too high on salary and signing unless apollo has pay practices that are way off street.. bonus comp as % of salary seems in the right zone.
100-150K salary correct, 90-100% bonus also correct
