long story short, they invest [too much] highly regulated insurance capital in risky investments. big no-no and I can’t imagine NAIC is happy with ACAP (others should correct me if they have a more refined understanding of the situation)

 

Just read it and that’s hell of a story. Really curious to know how substantiated the claims of Leadenhall, one of the investors which filed a lawsuit, are when it presents them as “operating a giant shell game at best, and an outright Ponzi scheme at worst."
