BDC Capital Interviews?

Interested in understanding hiring process for BDC Capital, interviewed before in strategy roles but want to know process as analyst / associate for their funds.

Would it be as granular with things like multi-step modelling exercises and other strings attached? Or more so generic in nature. Don’t think it’s as anal as something like pensions / OMERS or OTPP TVG from what I’ve heard but just wanted to hear from folks :)
