I turned down an offer with them recently. Was for a principal role on their gp coverage team. Effectively it was glorified relationship management.

Bad culture, bad people, bad returns.

 

Around CAD 350 base, 100% bonus allocation, 50 bps carry.

The carry was too low for me to be interested and I think their strategy isn't very appealing, regardless of how much money they raise.
