How many days a week are you expected to be in the office?

Curious to hear what positions and companies have the most flexible WFH policies. To start things off, I'm an analyst at a brokerage and expected to be in the office 4 days a week - only 1 day WFH.

All 5 days. Firm is 95% over 40 years old. One of the most depressing and pathetic experiences of my entire life is watching the fully grown adults at my firm chain themselves to their cubes/offices in order to appease executive management and “look good”. Zero trust in anyone to complete their job how they see fit.

Absolute drain on morale and we’ve lost talent as a result.
