How should I list my degree on my CV if I have suspended?

I matriculated to Oxford/Cambridge in 2020 but suspended and essentially restarted my degree from MT2021. My transcript only lists the prelims exams taken in 2022 but says I matriculated in 2020.

On my CV, would I be allowed to write 2021-2024 for my degree years, or should I write 2020-2024?

Thanks

Just change '2020 - 2023' to '2020 - 2024'. Most likely no one will notice or care
