Business School Applications

Hi, I am an Indian student completing my high school in Singapore. I have finalised 4 preferences for undergraduate intl management course, but have seemed to hit a crossroads.

My 4 preferences till now include:
Warwick Business School, Alliance Manchester, KCL and Durham business school. Its a bummer that I cannot apply to UCL or LSE since I don't do HL Math in IB (I do SL Math AA).

I want to break either into Investment Banking (BB/EB) or into Management Consulting (MBB), preferably in the US, and hence the study abroad options offered by each uni are of paramount importance. I recognise that, from the unis I have picked, Wbs is the most likely to get me there, but I really don't like Warwick's location and study abroad programmes, considering that if I go to Warwick, I would be living right in the middle of nowhere for 3/4 years straight. In this regards, KCL seems like a strong programme: in London, has a strong social science base (I do HL Literature, Business Management and Global Politics in IB) and has study abroad options extending to schools like Wharton. However, the programme is still new and is a mid semi-target at best and often gets overshadowed by its counterparts in London (UCL, LSE).

I am really attracted to the Alliance Manchester programme (Intl management with North American studies), because it has what is evidently a strong finance base, and has phenomenal study abroad options to schools like NYU (I have wanted to go there for a long time now), Cornell, Goizueta (Emory) and Marshall (USC). I just have some reservations about it not being a target school and its national and international reputation in the UK/US. I also like Durham's programme, plus I love Durham's atmosphere and sense of community.

I am sorry, this has turned into an IB GP essay but as is evident (hopefully), I am at a massive crossroads and honestly have no idea what to do. Its really a bummer that I cannot apply to UCL and LSE, else those would've inarguably been my first choice.

Any help is severely appreciated!

Thank You!
