(Current student here) How difficult would it be for a foreigner (Non-Singaporean) studying at Wharton to break into Singapore PE after a stint at US IB with a BB?
I heard that there are language preferences for SEA language proficiency (though, not as strict as HK's requirement for Mandarin) and a preference for citizens given increasing difficulty to attain an employment pass. At the same time, I'm thinking that an ivy league + experience in western markets can be a good sell.
Am curious, why Singapore?

Why would you want to live/ work in that shithole country?
Why is it shit?
LBO market there is not established at all. PE there is oftentimes more like venture capital in the US

Love the patriotism. Though from your post history I noticed that you too want to work at a MF PE in Asia. Has your experience been bad?

I'll nuke Singapore if I could
