NYU MS in Real Estate VS Baruch College Masters in Real Estate

Hi guys

Recently I was accepted into  the MS in Real Estate program at NYU and Baruch college.  NYU tuition is 92k and Baruch college tuition is 30k for international student. I am still debating between which school should I go to.

I am from Korea and I have 2 yrs restaurant business experience and, 3 years distribution business in Korea.

Now I am working at mid-sized  real estate development company over 5yrs  in Korea where I gained experience in managing subcontractors, development projects and Construction management etc.

My goal is working for a real estate investment firm in US after graduation.  but, English is not my first language, I am worried that I cannot speak as much language as a native speaker.  I think I should get 70K loan if I go to NYU.  NYU is much more expensive, but I think NYU have a better reputation.  . What you guys think?!!!!
