SouthAm banker/analyst - MBA in Europe
Hi,
I'd really appreciate help and input from you guys.
What are the best post-experience MBA programmes for someone to break into IB in Europe?
I mean, what would catch the employer's eye?
I'm using my free time to study for the GMAT and see for which Unis I can apply.
My goal is to work in banking (IB or Corporate Finance), but in Europe. Germany comes to mind, given that I also speak the language.
Background:
I'm currently a business analyst in a commercial bank in SouthAm (Bolivia). I lateraled into the role after 6 years in commercial banking, catering to SMBs.
I've always wanted to work abroad, given that it's way more lucrative.
The country itself, the role and the employer really don't help me much to achieve what I want.
