Guys i got my first analyst position in BX Company to do REPE and i wanted to thank this WSO, you are incredible helpful!

I graduated in 2019 from a non-target with double major in Business (finance) and International Relations. I wanted to become a diplomat and wasted 1.5 years preparing it, but failed, then I started looking into finance (back then I didn't know what IB, PE or M&A was) and got interested.

I started to browse this subs and got all the good advise and information that was posted, i dropped my job in middle office in a bank and got into a MFin in the number 1 target school in my country.

I worked hard in my financial modelling skills, tried to learn all the Interview questions and started to understand finance. I landed a master´s internship in a Corp Dev department and now finally got an offer from A Blackstone company with 2.5 Billions in AuM to do M&A and Portofolio Managment of real estate properties (REPE).

Thank you guys, this is one of the happiest moments of my life and i feel that i have acomplished something and overcome my young self who was non ambicious and lazy!
