SUSQ versus CITI
Between Citigroup and Susquehanna, I was just wondering which company would be the best to work at for an entry level trading position? On one hand I can imagine there's more mobility around a giant financial services conglom like CITI, but I've heard much praise about Susquehanna's maths and statistics-intensive trading strategies. The only problem I have with Susq is that I've heard it has a reputation for treating its entry level analysts like shit and for some reason prop shops always leave a bad taste in my mouth.
