VC Recruiting
Currently a second year analyst at a top tech bank. I’m interested in VC but having a hard time finding opportunities. Maybe it’s just me but it feels like most places are not hiring at the moment given market conditions.
Are others witnessing similar things? What firms have recruited for 2024 associates as of now? Are people expecting things to pick up this winter?
Go work at a startup and get real operational experience.
