BofA/ML, Oppenheimer, JPM PWM

I have been given an offer as a Financial Advisor Trainee at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in San Francisco and as a Financial Advisor Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York City.

Does anyone have any insight as to which is better (salary, learning experience, exit opportunities)?

Also, if anyone can provide some details on JPMorgan's PWM division (what they do, how they differ from retail brokerage, etc.), I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
