Life After Wall Street: Evelyn Stevens

Wall Street attracts lots of extremely talented people...and understandably, many of these people are quite successful after walking away from the Street. One of my favorites is Evelyn Stevens who after a number of successful years on Wall Street, dropped everything to become a professional cyclists.

Four years ago, Stevens picked up cycling, and shortly after left her job at a Mezz fund to pursue her new passion. Since then, she has raced all over the world, won a national title and just recently, made the US Olympic team for London 2012.

Bonnie Ford recently wrote this article on "Evie" and it even comes with a little video including some great words from Stevens on fear vs. anxiety. Enjoy.

The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.
