Post of the Week:
You guys really showed up to play this week, so there was a ton of quality competition for Post of the Week. Congrats to @"BlackHat" for grabbing the title with his post, "Learn From My Mistakes". Using his career arc as a template for advice to younger primates, this post earned him 24 Silver Bananas and 5 Facebook Likes. We've come to expect nothing less from him.
Comment of the Week:
The Comment of the Week was made by @"labanker" in the thread "My PE Recruiting Process", which itself won accolades this week. @"labanker"'s advice on how to get the most out of your model was spot on, and earned him 5 Silver Bananas. Bottom line: you'll never create the perfect model, but if you concentrate on the functional you'll create something that's actually useful.
Caption Contest Winner:
We actually have a tie for the first time in this week's Caption Contest. Both captions received 5 Silver Bananas. @"Dr. Shakalu" said of the Excel screen full of #REF's: "This looks like a Steelers fan's Twitter account...", and @"rufiolove" went into devious detail with: "Finished model. Check. Accepted immediate start offer. Check. Deleted one cell in circular calc. Check. Saved model and sent to the associate I hate the most in my group for him to review while in the Hamptons. Check. Phone straight to voice mail. Checkmate." Funny stuff, guys. Though I think after last night's game the 49er fans will be screaming about the refs louder than anyone.
Guidance Counselor:
The Guidance Counselor award this week goes to @"ThatIsNotMyName" for her aforementioned post "My PE Recruiting Process". She was extremely forthcoming with the details of where she was at in her career and in the PE recruiting process, and we all wish her the best of luck and look forward to regular updates on her progress. She earned 13 Silver Bananas and a Facebook Like for this gutsy post.
Lou Mannheim Award:
@"mikesswimn" wins our first ever Lou Mannheim Award for Excellence in Management for his thread, "7 Things I've Learned About Being a Manager". His excellent post on the care and feeding of minions pulled in 15 Silver Bananas and 21 Facebook Likes. Well done, sir.
Most Active Monkeys:
Now this is more like it. @"alyyas" led the pack this week with 200 banana points, while @"TNA" and @"Going Concern" brought up the rear with 141 and 103, respectively.

That's it for this week, monkeys. If you happen to have today off, smoke 'em if you got 'em. Otherwise, godspeed and get out there and make a killing.
Not a Niners fan at all, but last night's officiating could politely be described as idiotic.
Also, no love for the "I love Gothic girls" thread?
As a Niners fan, yeah the refs sucked, but Kap made two real poor decisions. Shoulda kept runnin'
