How to Decline a Job Offer?
I just accepted one of my four job offers. How do I politely, but professionally, decline the other three? How do I phrase the e-mail (if that's even the best option)?

Treat them as they’d treat you. Boiler plate rejection or ghosting
Have ghosted all but one, the people probably hate but whatever, to your point they would treat me the same way.
Call the key contact. You’re an adult now so you have to have tough conversations. Thank them for the opportunity and the offer, really think the group has a lot to offer, but you’ve accepted another offer and wish them luck in the rest of their hiring process. You never know if you’ll come across that person in another setting and don’t want to be remembered as the guy who rejected them via e-mail (especially important with older folks).
I like this approach. How do you suggest one answer: - why did you pick the other offer when you said you were very interested in our firm? - where are you going? I suppose it’s best not to disclose and if so how do u circumvent the question...I wouldn’t want to disclose anyway These questions are legitimate IMo and can very well come up if you’re on the phone
You're way overthinking this. Both are non-issues. Just answer honestly - what's the worst that can happen? As long as you didn't lie to them, no one is going to even give it a second's thought.
What reformed says, answer them honestly. You’re a lower-level employee they’re not going to sabotage your future employment. Sign the papers first and you’re fine.
i would let them know it was a hard decision but you felt the fit at your new home was too good to pass up.
