IB or Military?
Hi WSO,
Hoping everyone will be able to help me make a decision. Currently a Sophomore at a US non-target (20 yrs old). I have two offers on the table:
-
An internship offer with a reputable MM IB in a MCOL city
-
Getting drafted into the Army to go fight WW3
I'd really like to take the IB internship but the Army recruiter seems persistent, like, unusually pushy about accepting the offer. Quote from him: "You will end up in jail if you don't enlist, son."
Was wondering if you all could give me an idea of the exit opportunities from both options to help me decide, share if you've taken a similar path, etc.
Thanks - CJC
This isn't even remotely funny - delete it.
There's many vets in banking and their service to our country should be respected. smh.
feels like i've seen you smh'ing people all over the place recently. what gives?
Think you think that was me but it was not. Someone stealing my language, ugh. Frauds.
My smh has been pretty tongue in cheek tho as an fyi.
you can tongue my cheeks if you know what i mean ;)
Call his bluff, he’s a recruiter tryna make his numbers. Any and everything he thinks will get you to sign he will try to do, take internship and go for IB.
If you are into the fuck me like you hate me kink, Tehran will yield good results
yes - have heard rouhani goes ham as a motherfucker when he hoists his skirt up.
Nice job announcing your super reputable IB internship.
Suck brick, kid.
