Things to look at in a Real Estate Company
I've been asked to analyze the model of a Retail RE company and I have no prior experience analyzing this type of company.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to look at in the different statements and what to pay particular attention to in the notes?

I have no clue and can say most of us on the RE forum deal with asset level deals. Maybe there are a few with company level insights and they can/should share, but this may be better on the IB/PE forum.
