Thoughts on Nomura culture and exit ops?

How would you rank Nomura in 2020 in terms of culture, prestige, exit ops, and comp? What are some of the stronger groups within Nomura and what does the recruiting for these groups look like? Thanks in advance

Culture: Bad (sweatshop, lots of pitching = low morale) Prestige: Obviously below any BB / EB, below the MMs (Jefferies, WB, etc.), probably on same level as a Stifel Exit Ops: LMM, MM (rare) Comp: Below street Pros: Obviously a global brand that's recognized everywhere

Has the Nomura application for NY closed (not Greentech)? I don't see it on their website
