Vista Equity SA 2021

Hey everyone, just saw that Vista has an SA program for 2021, and there wasn't a thread yet. Does anyone have any insight to the process? I know theres the CCAT upon applying, but if anyone has info on timelines, what the interviews are like or anything else, that would be awesome. Also how much networking, if any, have you guys done?

Also in case you couldn't tell, I've mostly been focused on IB so idk how PE SA recruiting works

I believe the format is similar to the full time analyst recruiting (IQ test -> phone screens -> superday with IQ test and case study) with the initial IQ test having a significant impact on your progression

anyone have any insights on the interview process? I know the IQ test scores largely decides first round selection, but what are interviews like?

Anyone have insight into the interview process? Just got a first round

when did you hear back? haven't heard anything since applying so not sure if im rejected

are all first rounds out? never got a rejection so was feeling hopeful but seems unlikely now

Second rounds will be happening this week according to recruiter, so first round invites should have all gone out

When is the second round? And when did you guys hear back

I think most were this week unless there was a scheduling issue.

Why would they just skip the SD? Was there an accelerated process? I'm in touch with a recruiter and there should have only been one timeline.

People who finished superdays yesterday / today, when do you think we'll hear back?

I haven’t, I’m nervous if that means we got cut or if everyone’s hearing next week
