No. Had a first round as well and still waiting to hear back

Looks nobody got anything yet. Whoever said Friday was off I think.

I was told superdays are happening in less than a month. This was 3 weeks ago

Are there only two rounds total? A first round and then superday or is there something in between?

Guys can anyone confirm this for sure? Are the 2nd rounds out only for a few schools or everyone? Also, are the second rounds a superday?

Apparently 2nd rounds are already out and some people have already done them.

Did my second round and have a superday coming soon. non-target for the street but have a few alumni at blackarch

It sounds like some 2nd rounds went out a while back but nothing on superdays for anyone?

FT Social yesterday evening and superday ended approx 3pm today.

No specific timing communicated.  Offers out Sunday/Monday?

No specific number on expected offers or number of candidates but sounds like approx 8 offers for approx 30 candidates.

Anyone else on WSO participate?  If so, anyone hear or see anything different?

Be sure to say when offers come in so we know the process.

I just had a phone screen and haven't heard back. Does this mean I got dinged?

How long should you usually expect to hear back after an superday?

Should I put it back? I know it's completely true also and no one was pissed off here. I just felt bad for them since they aren't a great shop to begin with and didn't want to give them any bad press. It is what it is.

They haven't gotten back from anything with me. I have no clue what's going on.

I believe we are likely in limbo as well and why is that...how can I come to that conclusion?

If anything changed (esp in these crazy COVID times) a savvy IBank like BA would proactively let SD candidates know that it is taking longer, days longer, to make their offer decisions.  Without BA providing updated timing info the best information I have to develop a reasonable understanding of "where we are" is the firm's earlier timing info and the many years of SD process experiences on WSO.

Maybe.  This year is going to be weird and a little communications from HR goes a long way.

With BA I roughly heard a range of 5 to 10 analysts.  I could see some pushing for 5, some for 8, some for 10.  But do you pull the trigger on a full class now?  Well if you kick out after 2 years you likely do hire a full class (8 to 10) - it does not change head count so fewer would be a bad sign.  If you plan to keep the senior analysts (or some of them) for a 3rd year then no you likely don't add 8 to 10...now.

What does that mean.  I would think the top 5 were made.  There still may be some debate over the next few and how to make the offers and communicate with these people.  Firms like BA that higher smaller FT classes in Aug - Oct may have a second mini SD in Dec - Feb.
