Silver Lake SA 2021 First Round

Does anyone know what to expect for this? Seems like it would be mostly behavioral but I haven't done much prep in the way of PE so not really sure. If anyone has gone through this process would love to hear how it went.

Most Helpful

Know a few tech companies, know what trends there are in that space, know peers. Understand key drivers and where FCF yield will come from.

Also would be helpful to understand the typical margins and growth rates for certain industries.

Know what operating leverage means and what fixed costs can be flattened with scale. Explain why tech instead of other industry like real estate.

Explain your own personal view on tech -- if it's so overvalued right now, where can you find opportunities along the capital spectrum? How do you feel being an equity investor? What about as a  PE investor?
