I got one of those unwiches from Jimmy John's for the first time, not sure if I would get it again tbh.
if you go to JJ and don't get the gargantuan i don't even want to know you
I've never gotten that yet and idk if I would, I'd rather go to a better place if I was getting a sub that big. Wish I could try it when I next black out but this one closes at 3 or some shit and is closed on the weekends.
A reup on vyvanse, an iced caffe americano NO CREAM, and some fries from canes chicken
Nothing, I was so busy I worked through it. Had some trail mix at like 3pm
.
You got hit at lunch Muay Thai training? At least you had a good workout though.
.
Chicken breast and assorted veggies with a jerk spice rub. Super mundane but healthy - here we eat at this point to be healthy and thrive not survive...
Plain oatmeal, used honey and walnuts for taste. Quick and fast meal. Loaded with fibers, you feel full longer. Nowadays I actually have time to eat.
Shake Shack - Chicken Sandwich plus the Cherry Peppers
The burgers are so good there, they are hard to resist. Was it worth it getting the chicken? I didn't even realize they have chicken. It had to be hella good if getting over a burger.
Their burgers are on point - big fan of the smoke shack burger, it's money. The chicken sandwich is delicious and def worth it.I'm more of a burger guy, but trying to go with the healthier option to work off the 'covid cushion' before my bro's wedding next month.
Nothing. I'm currently following a meme diet a 300 lb lady at my spin class told me about, but basically I can't eat for 20 hours a day cuz healthy.
Some chowder, potato chips, and half a bottle of pepsi. Ate kinda early and my dad just bought a bag of pierogis and he's about to make a bunch so might snag a couple of those too. Or may eat some meatballs out of the fridge. Haven't decided yet but am kinda starvin rn.
My dad might come up this weekend too and bring some too, I really hope they made some. Homemade pierogis for the holidays, Jesus, just need some beer to wash that down
Haha username checks out. But seriously, one of the best foods
I'm cutting right now. I didn't have anything for lunch, but have had 12 shots of espresso so far today and some milk / almond milk creamer.
My first calories of the day are coming up through some orange Gatorade and Gels on the bike. About to jump on Zwift cycling and simultaneously am playing poker in a $10K GTD right now, 179 of 619. Pokercycleeeeeeeeee...
is that ok
It's probably not typical. 4 shots at 12pm, 4 shots at 4pm, 4 shots at 8pm. Then I had my preworkout of 325mg on top of that and had 3 x 100mg gels tonight.
I usually like getting the caffeine jitters before starting my first workout of the day.
My stomach would get destroyed if I was on that diet
I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's ever since my wife got me hooked on it. She finds these recipes and we cook together 2-3 times per week, it's actually a lot of fun. I tend to deviate from recipes.
So today we had these Mediterranean bowls, basically grilled chicken with a ton of seasoning and lime juice to marinate it. Then we dice up cucumbers, tomatoes, and throw in garbanzo beans with salt, pepper, and more lime juice and mix it all together. Serve that in a bowl, chicken on top, and some hummus on top and it's fantastic.
Sounds good
This inspired me, I'm going to do something like this next week.
You can easily make other variations, like Mexican style bowls. Swap out the cucumber for avocado and bell pepper, swap the hummus for hot sauce, swap the garbanzo beans for black beans and the taste is completely different.
A variety of lentils, bulgur, quinoa, dark rice, cous cous with eggs or tuna or mozzarella, then lettuce, peas or carrots
3 packets of Mccoys crisps scrunched up in Greek yoghurt with olive oil and hot sauce .... don't judge me till you try it!
+1 Granny Smith apple with almond butter
8 years ago, Subway was running a "buy one get one" promotion. My boss and I ate that during my internship summer. We would get the "Feast" sandwich which had all the cold cut meats. Half of one sandwich was enough for one meal. Ate that just about every meal during the work week. I haven't been back since.
To answer your question, now I eat a light meal or anything besides Subway.
