Acceptable explanation for a failed grade?

I’ve got 1 failed grade and was wondering if this was would be an acceptable explanation for it. So the night before the exam I tore my hamstring deadlifting and since I had studied so hard for the exam I decided to find a way to do it. The pain was very bad when I was doing anything other than laying down, so a bit before exam I took some leftover OxyContin (not mine). And I had never taken it before so I wasn’t sure what the effects would be, and unfortunately I could hardly read the exam. Like I legit would have to read a question 5 times for it to be somewhat understandable.

Terrible advice, you're blaming someone else. Turn it into a weakness --> improvement story. You weren't prepared enough but now manage your time better, etc.
