Reached out to a member of the CBRE team for coffee. Asked him questions and told him my interest in the internship program. From there gave me the contact of the head of HR. I reached out to her from there. Followed up a month later expressing my interest. Then 1 month later got a 1 v1 phone interview, mainly behavior and interest related questions. Then got invited to super day - about 3 hours of 5 1v1 and 1 group interview. Questions focused on behavioral.
