Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round was 2 2-on-1 interviews, one each for behaviorals and technicals. Behaviorals asked: tell me about yourself, why banking, why centerview, tell me about your previous internship, what feedback did you receive at your internship.
Technicals: walk me through a DCF, how to get from revenue to UFCF, how to derive equity value, what is WACC, how would you calculate terminal value, which valuation method would you expect to give you the highest valuation, pitch me a company you like.
