Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was a HireVue and the final round was a virtual superday (during 2020 recruiting year). In the first round, I believe there were 5 situation-based questions and 1 job specific question. The job specific question was talk about an M&A transaction. The situation based questions included things like how would you deal with a new project while already stressed? Also, how would you introduce a new team member and incorporate them into workflow.
