Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Non-target MBA that went to several networking events and was able to lock in the 1st round. Asked basic questions such as "why Richmond, why Harris Williams" and then basic technical questions. "Walk me through DCF, what is WACC as an equation and its purpose, how does xxx affect the financial statements?"
The second round was a 45-minute case review with an MD and Associate about advising a PE group on buying a private consumer business. After this, I had a 2:1 interview with a VP and another Associate. Received the offer 1 week later.
