Senior Analyst

I am currently in the process of interviewing for a Sr. Analyst position on JRK's investment team. I've been interviewing during COVID so all interaction has so far been over the phone or over Zoom. This has been a lengthy process and as of current, they are unsure if they will end up hiring. Interview process so far has consisted of an hour-long phone interview (very casual, fit-oriented), a case study comprising an Excel modeled projections for a potential value-add multifamily opportunity as well as a written one-page investment memo, and a presentation over Zoom of the case study to an investments principal and MD.
