Be prepared to answer mental math questions and pitch a stock. They are testing you to see how you perform under pressure. 2nd round was a Super Day with 4 directors. Again, half behavioral and half technical. Understand the role and be able to explain as thoroughly as possible, since they will grill you until you have to say "I don't know". That's what they want to hear. I did not receive the offer.
