What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 on 1 interview process for first round. Very easy behaviorals (tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team situation, resume based questions, why Baird, why MM, why Chicago, etc.). Very easy technicals, asked about 1 dollar of depreciation and 100 dollar of asset purchase on the 3 statements. Asked about how you would value an apple tree, why EV/revenue multiple is useful. Overall very easy interview, the guys seemed very relaxed and wanted to have a conversation.
