I applied via on campus recruiting and I had a 1st round interview where I was asked mostly fit questions and I had one technical at the end of the interview.

Nothing was too difficult in the interview. It was almost all behavioral stuff. The hardest thing was the case study on the super day. The super day consisted of three morning interviews that were all 1 hour long. Then there was a 1 hours case study were they randomly put you into groups. The case was not too hard they were mainly just looking for how you worked as a team. Then to end the super day there was a panel and you had to ask good question about the program and siemens as a whole. That was it.

Applied online, and got a call by a recruiter to interview in person at a Siemens locally. Was told after that there was an interview in Georgia that they fly you to.

Most of the questions were basic. The first question posed was to just tell them about myself. After that we went over my resume step by step. Some example questions asked involved leadership positions and how I would react in certain situations. The interview was held by 3 people that wrote down stuff as you were talking. It threw me off because I was expecting to only talk to one person. Towards the end of the interview they asked more technical questions relating to accounting that I was not prepared for.

Basic Behavioral interview asking questions regarding teamwork skills, ability to think critically, and other assorted questions. The firm has a decent focus on work-life balance, and this was somewhat mentioned in the interview.
